Convergence behavior of TRB algorithms in wideband CDMA systems

Abstract

In this paper, we compare and analyze the SINR performance and convergence behaviors of various TRB algorithms, which are applied to wideband CDMA reverse link systems. The cases of low-rate date service (e.g. voice) and high-rate data service (e.g. image) are considered to observe the effect of data rate in terms of SINR performance. The convergence behavior of algorithms are compared as a function of the number of snapshots in the link and the fixed number of interferers, which provide the criteria to select the robust beamforming algorithms in fast fading channel environment.
