o Hydrogen gas selectivity of MOF membrane layer functionalized MOS nanowire gas sensor (Web of Science : As of September/October 2023 , this highly cited paper received enough citations to place it in the top 1% of the academic field of Materials Science based on a highly cited threshold for the field and publication year.) o Gas selectivity and mechanism identification according to the functionalization of noble metal nanoparticles and SAMs (Self-Assembled Monolayers) o Improvement of sensitivity of gas sensors and identification of mechanisms according to surface activation and interface modification strategies such as core-shell and embossing surface
